| Lounge |
Charming Danish-style clubhouse lounge with cathedral ceiling, fireplace and oak dance floor. Casual seating for about 65 people. Available year-round for your private parties WITH OR WITHOUT GOLF. |
| Patio |
Fieldstone patio, with tables and umbrellas, accommodating about 100, in a scenic, country setting. |
| Picnic Area |
Scenic, secluded one acre, located between the clubhouse and the Lower Course, easily accommodates 300 for parties & activities. Includes picnic table seating for about 100 under a beautiful tent, and an area for recreation. |
| Cost |
The Lounge and Patio each rents for $150 per hour plus tax. The Picnic Area rents for $250 per hour for the first 4 hours, and $125 per hour thereafter, plus tax. (The Picnic Area fee includes the tent, obtaining the tent permit, and the tent permit fee). All rental areas have a two-hour minimum rental. A non-refundable $200 deposit is required when confirming the booking. The $200 will be applied against the charges due if the party performs a basic clean-up and there is no damage to the property. The total fee is due on the date of the event. All rentals include parking for 165 cars in a lighted lot, and use of trash and recycling facilities. You are welcome to bring in a caterer & outside food and beverage with your rental. |

Additional Options
- $50 for limited use of kitchen (e.g.: refrigerator, freezer, microwave)
- $25 for use of the fireplace.
- $25 for use of the dance floor under the carpet.
- $15 for each buffet table requested for outside use.
- $100 each if customer chooses to bring additional tenting to Picnic Area
- $35 fee for use of Pine Creek's charcoal grill (36" L x 20" W x 10" D) and basic cooking utensils. Customer brings easy-lighting charcoal. (For safety, no lighter fluid is permitted.)
- $50 fee for closest-to-the-pin contest (your guests win $100 in free game tickets for use another day)
A 7% sales tax is added to all rental areas and to "Additional Options," above. |

| Time |
If the party is held on Sunday-Thursday evening, It must end by 11 p.m., and end by midnight on Friday and Saturday night. |
| Smoking |
Smoking is permitted on the patio and in the picnic area (unless too dry). Smoking is prohibited inside the clubhouse and on both courses. |
| Clean-Up |
The party agrees to a basic clean-up by the guests or the catering staff. |
| Cancellation |
Although deposits are non-refundable, if Pine Creek receives written notice at least 2 weeks prior to the event, the party or event may be rescheduled to occur within one year from the original date.
